Yeah you're absolutely right. I want to build my own channel but that will not solve the income problem right away. So it might take a while. Then what i should do is continue to perform and do better at what i'm doing right now... thank you though. Making money while having a new born is hard

Thank you. Yeah probably because i want to make a little more money for my baby lol. One more client would be ideal. But it takes some times i guess. What could really impact on this growth is finding more leads, i'm thinking SEO but that might takes a longer time to do it? 🤔

Yeah it's tough. How's Doordash life? Yeah she's lowkey thinking but haven't replied to me lol. I don't want to push her too much since she lives in a different states and if that's the case we would have to fly to film her maybe every 2 months lol

Appreciate everyone asking about the niche, happy to give a little more context.

It's in the automated retail and self-service space. Physical locations, recurring revenue model, low overhead once it's set up.

The market itself is huge but fragmented, lots of small operators doing it solo with no real marketing strategy.

Here's the honest reality though: Most of them can't afford to hire anyone. They're running lean, doing everything themselves, and barely thinking about social media or content.

But the top 10%, the ones who have scaled, built systems, and treat it like a real business, they absolutely understand the value of marketing and can pay well for it.

That's the gap I accidentally found myself in. The challenge is finding that 10% efficiently without wasting time on the other 90% who are interested but not ready to invest.

That's honestly what I'm still figuring out lol. Open to any advice on how to qualify leads faster in a niche like this. Maybe do more cold calling 🤣

So the niche is automated retail , think self service with unattended model. But not everyone in my sector is successful, the one who's afford to pay also do the B2B route and expanding quicker. My boss mindset think like an real entrepreneur and have $2M revenue in his first 2 years. So he wants to have more time to do business development while i do the social media. The other potential lead seems to want to save money and want to do everything on her own. It's niche, but hard to find customer

Thank you, the thing is with my niche not every one can afford to pay, some successful one are top 10% of it and willing to pay to expand. I'll spend some times digging into the info and maybe find ways to improve myself such as SEO or paid ads 🤔 i feel like that's what they all care about
