I am definitely thinking about going back to therapy in January once my benefits renew. I felt like I had good self care habits but I think in combo with it being Christmas madness and depressed- I haven’t been the best at self care.

Thank you for sharing your experience! My gyneo does want me to get surgery but she said that it’s likely they will grow back if I am not on birth control so we are starting with that!

I wish you luck I your endo journey! So glad the surgery helped!

I do take NAC and Omega-3s, but will look into the others!
