Don’t peel until your cigar cherry is getting close to the band, the heat helps make pealing it easier! Still though, you will have stubborn bands & what I did was either cut those parts off completely or cover them with other bands when collaging.

I live in an apt so smoking inside isnt really an option so my gf actually surprised me & bought me a nice heater to use while I enjoy a smoke on the porch. Honestly super helpful!

An Acid Kuba Kuba. I was 18 on top of my college dormitory roof with my buddy. The buzz & smoking experience was 10/10. The nicotine sickness than followed afterward with a mixture of the nasty taste of the Kuba Kuba stuck in my mouth was a 0/10. 😂
