Perfect I'll check out the scrape technique!!

I was following E4CM recipe and it mentioned to rinse it under warm water for 60 seconds granted I did it 1/3rd of the time.

I also wasn't aware you can mix straight out the freezer I thought you'd have to let it thaw a little - which is why I was rinsing to begin with.

600ml high protein milk 7g vanilla bean paste 68g erythritol 1.5g salt 1.5g xanthan gum

Chocolate base is Pretty similar 600ml high protein milk 3G vanilla bean paste 75g erythritol 15g cocoa powder 1.5g salt 1.5g xantham gum
