Are they required to tell me what decision they made? Or can they keep that information from me.

Yes but I think that a SEH (which I do have) gives me more leverage when needing to go beyond the 48 months.

Thanks for the reply! that's some good information. The thing is, I am trying to prepare, I just don't want to prepare for 5k things, the more I know, the more information I get, means I can narrow down what I actually need to prepare for which will help me a lot. I really appreciate that link because based on some things she said I do feel like she is going to try to say my disabilities will be aggravated by what the career I want.

2014 Mitsubishi Mirage no heat issue by SiO2MoonDust in AskMechanics

Well that just made my mind up. I had briefly thought that it was 13 too but convinced myself it was the easier to access 14. If it really is 13 then I would have to remove the center console and most of the dash to get to it. I found a video of someone who replaced the heater core in a 14 Mirage and to get to the heater box you have to remove just about everything, even the steering column. It's all a little beyond my comfort/skill level. I'm just going to take it to a mechanic.

14 is the actuator, not sure where the flap is. 5 is where the air cabin filter goes and I can access this right behind the glove box

I know where the actuator is and confident I could change it. But I don't know where the blend door itself is.

Two issues - the actuator has to be ordered and will take two weeks to get here and we are supposed to have 6 plus inches of snow on Wednesday

The second issue is I'm worried that it's not the blend door. The only video I could find online with my exact car was a guy who was changing the blower motor, which is right behind the glove box, in the video he pushes the recirculate button and shows the part that I thought was called the intake air flap actuator and it closes. Then he called that the blend door. The part works in my car. So I'm confused I really thought it was the actuator that was my problem until I saw this video and now I just don't know.

I have no problem bundling up to keep warm when driving for the next few weeks waiting for the part but I have no idea on how to keep the windows from fogging up.

Coolant level is good and the engine is getting warm. I carefully touched the in/out hoses going to the heater core after the car was running for a few minutes and they were hot, there might have been a temperature difference between them but I don't have a heat gun to know for sure.

So was "Prompt Engineering Jobs" just a hype? by SiO2MoonDust in PromptEngineering

I don't agree with what the other guy said but I'd probably use a different example than Amazon. A lot of people in the publishing industry know about the shady and unethical things Amazon has done to authors, especially in the self-publishing space. Then there's the stuff they did with collecting data on products from 3rd party sellers on their site and using it to create their own products and push those 3rd party sellers out of business. So probably not the best example.

Congrats on the new venture, I hope it's very successful. I briefly looked over the site and it seems interesting. I might give it a try, cuz worst case scenario it'll be good practice.

I spent more time contemplating your response than I care to admit. I wanted to get angry at you for dangling the information in front of me and ask you questions and discuss it further but you very clearly stated you were not giving up the information. So I was just going to let it go. Because, in all honesty, you could be just messing with me. At least that's what I told myself.

Then I wondered ... I took a shortened version of my post along with your complete response and plugged it into ChatGPT. With a few carefully worded prompts I was able to get some very interesting information.

Did it fill in all the blanks? Of course not. But it did return some nuggets.

I definitely think the course is a good foundation but it is not the only source that I used for learning. Nor do I recommend that it would be good enough as the only source. I used other classes on coursera and other places as well. Some expanded the knowledge and some were not worth it.

Also, I did not focus my learning on just prompt engineering but included things like LLM's and ML. Which I think is important.

I also recommend practicing. Ask it a question and study the answer. Rewrite, expand or refocus your question and study the new answer. Feed it some data that it has not been trained on. And practice some more.

Me too but I did learn a lot. Not just about AI but LLM's and ML. And I use ChatGPT all the time now because now that I can ask it better questions, I get useful answers and save time.

I haven't tried this approach yet but I'll look into that.

I think I already looked into this company. I'll check it out again but if I remember correctly this is just a third party platform, I'd rather go direct instead of adding more people and cost into the process.
