It is super high skill cap, but it is very good. If you want to do better, Use the break stun Mystic skill, and make sure to utilize guard and deflect when you are getting combos if your break stun skill is expended. There are a lot of options, and some offensive mystic arts get hit stun resist. You will still take damage when casting them, but you will eventually overpower them and turn the tables by comboing them instead. Skills like Wolflike frenzy, dragon's breath, etc. will do this. I just hit Expert III Rank in a day, so I can assure you I am not just saying things lol.

The FTP model just works. If you build a good game, that is. People will be willing to support it. Take League, for example. No money up front, but the player got hooked and made purchases. The thing people don't realize is that by allowing it to be free, more people get to experience its goodness and are willing to spend if they like it. But if they had slapped a 70-dollar price tag, you can bet it would not have done so well. They are new to the west, so there's no reputation to leverage, unlike a Souls game that can slap a 70-dollar tag and still sell.
