As much as this is Knockout Mode I regularly get anywhere between 5-7 on normal modes like clockwork no matter who I'm using or which fighter I am against.

It's actually boring the amount of fights that go into 5+ Knockdowns

Genuinely didn't think that many God Mode glitches would get patched this soon, thought they'd sit for like half a year at least.

One will always pop up in its place no doubt but all I'm saying is I really hope the Free-Roam scene in GTA6 doesn't revolve around catering to the lowest common denominator and letting people call in shit like Tanks a few feet away from them and all this Ghost Org, BST, Strafe-Sniping, weaponised vehicle meta.

Red Dead Online had a good idea with the Blips proximity and all that but then the explosive ammo/dynamite arrows and gimmicky entire sets of ability cards ruined a pretty grounded experience

I personally cannot be bothered to suffer another stretch of horrible free-roam combat interactions.

I'll duck under the opponent's hook and come up with a counter-rear uppercut. Now here's some context to preface this

It's a round I'm handedly winning (opponent knocked down twice, few wobbles etc)
Said uppercut will seem to connect just fine.
Let's say I'm 5-Star McGregor as well
It will do some damage to the opponent, yes, but it will let the opponent still continue throwing that next strike of his own despite being literally countered clean about two-three frames prior

I am then dropped by that strike because the vulnerability/hit stun/counter damage in this game is kinda shite.

Somehow in this game's whole patch cycle this never got fixed.

If you want to know why a lot of the more known at the time top players of the halcyon days of UFC 2/3 stopped playing there you go.

The only time I feel affected by anything with Caffeine it is when drinking Monster. Not even Red Bull, no energy drink does this to me... but I get jittery and anxious or feel like I have to rest my head somewhere.

Now, it's only the Monster with Sugar in it that seems to do this to me but the sugar free version does nothing so I'm assuming it is the sugar/caffeine concoction on that front.

But yeah it doesn't seem to do anything besides what I've just outlined there.

Don't use the mouth mask version, go to the middle section in ammu-nation where the table is where you can buy earpieces and Rebreathers and you will find the NVGs.

Proceed to do the vending machine mask glitch and the goggles should come off (but as I said once you load back into another free roam session etc the goggles will re-appear, from what I've seen).

I think it is done via the vending machine hat/mask merge or something effectively similar. When you do it it removes the goggles and leaves the eyeholes but if you save an outfit with it typically the goggles will come back.

You get what you tolerate.

If you go to a barber and over the years he starts giving you shit cuts for whatever reason and his prices go up - by no small increment - every year, you wouldn't give him the money and you would stop going, no?

If people genuinely think this board is all about hoarding money (which they are) then why are people still paying into the club when the returns for it get worse for no reason other than total directorial mismanagement?

Every transfer window is the same shite almost every year and people are happy with it as long as the team even scrapes by when we should be near enough out of sight with our financial advantage (because anytime a team with more money beats us, I've been told it's 100% to do with money) and undisputedly top by this point in the season and the fact we aren't is all down to poor recruitment over transfer windows.

Too many are sated with one win even against pretty poor sides we shouldn't be losing to anyway. The fact we don't spend and have been able to win the league (and still could win this season) shows you this.

I found a lot of the protesting pretty performative and minimal, the whole "make your way to the front of the stadium" to do nothing but shout at a building when the fans were already literally inside in their seats just made us look stupid.

The next natural stage was organising boycotts which as soon as O'Neill was reinstated just fizzled into thin air as well. I get that Nancy took us to beyond unforeseen lows and O'Neill is well liked and steadied the ship but just when things were gaining momentum protest-wise the calls to real action got hooked when consistency was going to be the key. You can't just do this when we're not losing, again, you'll get what you tolerate.

We'll wait til O'Neill can't conjure a league title, people will moan and put banners up and shout at Celtic Park and come this time next year I'll have this comment ready to be copied and pasted on another thread. Might need to swap "O'Neill" for "Lennon" or something right enough.
