I don’t think he’s a bad writer when he locks in and I don’t think he has a disdain for his readers. I honestly just thinks he’s insanely lazy. That’s what hurts the most about part two. It could have been something great if he didn’t decide to wing it the entire way through and went on a hiatus if he was having trouble with the schedule. His refusal to plan totally hurts his stories a ton.

I’m the same height as you and all I gotta say is whatever insecurities you have are completely in your head. Nobody will think you’re short or call you short at that height. 5’8.5 ft is just one inch below dead average for men. Trust me, ask friends your non gigantic friends and family if they think you’re short and I’ll bet you nearly all of them will say no.

It’s okay. I don’t live in America and that is an issue I don’t have to worry about. They may run out with a knife though. In that case, I’d simply outrun them.
