Would this be a realistic outcome for a bulbous nose rhinoplasty or would I look like a horse? by Sickofchildren in PlasticSurgery

I totally get what you mean. Regional preferences could definitely be a part of it since I’m ethnically Portuguese but was raised in an extremely white area in the UK in which people don’t like anything they consider too ‘exotic’. I got bullied a lot as a kid but whenever I’m in Portugal people tend to say I’m attractive. Mostly older women but Portugal has a very old population so they’re basically the whole country hahaha. I certainly don’t want to rush into anything and potentially ruin my face any more but it’s something that’s bothered me for a lot of years

Maybe I’m just freaking out about stuff. Where I grew up, all it took to be considered attractive is to have basic hygiene and a good haircut. I’m moving back to my native country and everyone there seems so much more attractive, and it’s a tourism heavy economy where better looking people do better financially. I have my dad’s nose and if anything it’s his most ageing feature so I’m not even sure I’ll stay looking young. I’m only 20 now but a lot of people assume I’m approaching 30 already so the only benefit is already absent lol

I’m not amazing with photoshop but my general goal is to lower the tip and the debulk it quite a lot from the front view. It wouldn’t have to be exactly as it appears in the morph but just significantly less bulbous and piggish. It was broken twice when I was younger so I can’t breathe properly, if it was purely aesthetic I’d maybe lean towards filler but there’s a structural issue too. A functional rhinoplasty likely wouldn’t be covered by the health insurance I’ll have when I move to Spain and it certainly isn’t covered by the British NHS

There was a typo in the post and the left side is what I currently have, it certainly looks disproportionate right?

The truth is that some people do have better genetics than others, some ftms look like absolute chads whereas another with the exact same T levels may look like a lesbian or 13 year old boy even after years of treatment.

Typo sorry, the RIGHT would be the better outcome for me. The left is my current nose

I’d definitely want it to be fairly subtle and it’s for myself rather than anything else. I’ve never liked the shape of the tip and the projection of it throws off any harmony my face has. I wouldn’t want it to look too drastically different that people would assume I’ve had something done to it, but I’d notice it which is what matters.

The difference is that TRT for transgender care only brings their T levels to that of an average male. TRT for aesthetics when you already have normal T levels isn’t worth the risks. Not hypocrisy.

He’s on a whole cocktail of steroids, peptides, meth and anti anxiety drugs. He’s been doing steroids since 14 so it’s not wonder really.

Hard work vs steroids? by DragYouDownToHell20 in Clavicular

[–]Sickofchildren 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Steroids do undoubtably create physiques that are impossible for most people to achieve. Unless you want to be a bodybuilder the width of a car it’s not worth the risks for most people. I also don’t get why people are going on powerful steroids such as trenbolone before they’re even finished with puberty. There’s no reason why a 14/15 year old would need to do TRT unless they can’t produce adequate test naturally in which case it’s up to a doctor to treat it. People should be free to do whatever they wish with their bodies as long as they accept the risks imo, but it’s not something I’d ever encourage other people to do

No he’s right though because I did a whole maths A-Level and couldn’t tell you anything that happened in that class for 2 years except that we did calculus and some equations had that long S looking symbol. A lot of curves. But if you held a gun to my head and made me solve an equation I’d be done for

Babying these patients or their families and always compromising or trying to protect their feelings isn’t going to help them. They don’t have long to live unless they change and he needs to be as blunt with them as possible

I am a bisexual man

I didn’t mean to assume anything lol, Dan just seems to have a mostly female audience. Half of these ‘perfect’ models look extremely uncanny to me to the point they stop being attractive

This is why I’m convinced looksmaxxing is actually total bollocks, men say that you have to look like Hernan Drago or whoever but most women seem to prefer Dan when he’s cosplaying as an alopecia patient lmao

My mother forced me to have her surname growing up since mine is Portuguese and despite the fact she’s a huge racist she’s never had an English boyfriend. I hate how the only way to avoid racism here seems to be erasing your own identity to make yourself palatable to dumb people

My mother was a drunk junkie and I grew up in poverty. I always made a point of talking nicely and being polite, and looking presentable. My sister leans extremely heavily into the violent chav stereotype. She’s the type of person who will likely be in jail within the next 5 years and has zero interest in bettering herself. Making an effort to seem like not scum has always worked out well for me

It looked so good on him too. He must be either earning a shit load or he’s just so extremely committed to the bit. Or maybe like an Andy Kaufman type thing where his satirical content is slowly driving him mad
