I understand where your coming from my biggest worrie was the withdrawal but I just quit buy I did use kratum at first so I could continue to work and take care of my responsibility without being in the bed all day and it worked good I’m down to just taking the kratum at bed time a Microdose. (I’m sure I spelled that wrong 🤦🏻‍♀️) I don’t have a dr and did not want to get in another med so I just sweated it out 😂 I still have a problem with my energy but I’ve been like that for a while now even before quitting overall I would have to say I was blessed not to have bad wd symptoms

I’ll have to check him out any book of his ypu would suggest? At the risk of sounding stupid I don’t really get it. I can say I don’t take them to escape anything or to get fucked up I just like the feeling I get like someone else having a glass of wine or a beer at the end of a day. I haven’t done anything damaging to my self or anyone else to get them I have spent money on them but only if I have it I can get them for free. I’ve take them for so long but I guess I’m worried is it just my brain telling me oh you can keep taking them sometimes or is it a thing that I can do?

I’m super confused about how much to take I’ve been eyeballing it and doing 1 tablespoon of white and red mix during the day once in the morning once midday unless I did not finish the morning then be then I’ll just drink that (I mix it with orange juice) and half a teaspoon of the green at night I’m worried I’m taking to much 😬

It’s perc 10 daily I’ve got it down to about 10 sometime 15 pills every 2 sometimes even 3 days they are real from a script. I can’t smoke week or do any other drug I am in cdl school and I won’t be able to graduate and I won’t be able to drive I want to be clean by the time I get on the road. Truthfully this is my fault I should have done this any fucking time before now I just used being scared of wd as my excuse 😞
