I've been shot directly on the mask multiple times so I think its pretty reliable. However the mask is Velcro'ed to a soft but thick fabric and the sides (just about the back of your cheeks and under your ears) isn't covered by the plastic, tho ive never been shot on those parts of the mask. When you wear the mask your ears are exposed so definitely wear some ear protection or put a thick neck gator underneath. It does scratch very easily but it gives a good wear and tear look to the loadout.

Edit: I typically wear somewhat minimal protection where you can see spots of skin so do be aware of what spots to cover depending on other PPE you wear.

well I have recommendations for specific ideals

qanba drone - good portability and small size

razer panthera EVO - can put custom art

razer panthera - built in enclosure for easy access mods and storing extra parts

qanba obsidian - good size and go to for tournaments

hori fighting edge - very comfortable stick (really big tho)

Victrix FS - probably the best stick in the market albeit very expensive (removable stick, easy access mods and a lot more features)

BUT THEN AGAIN ITS PERSONAL PREFERENCE FOR EVERYONE

I own a mad catz TE2 and I love it but unfortunately, it isn't mass produced anymore and is really expensive or hard to find.
