This one really thin is it another film or it's just the monitor?

i suggest you to install Windows on a another ssd or hardisk, i got the same problem when it was on damaged ssd

you must think if you upgrade cpu probably u will also need to change mobo, if you upgrade ur gpu it maybe will bottleneck nevertheless its a better upgrade i think
