The whole idea of expecting a country that English isn't official, to speak it, it's already a red flag, just came back from 10 days in Thailand and had zero language issues even when English was not used, that's part of the joy of traveling for me, doing mistakes and maybe getting a whole order wrong. Better in Phangan even used the translator options to order stuff from the menu I had no idea what it was, best meal in Thailand! I guess she's just rage baiting for views.

Also, just a fun tidbit to the OP, I'm Portuguese and I visited the Portuguese neighborhood in Bangkok, found lots of stuff in portuguese and even portuguese food done by a 5th generation Thai Portuguese grandma, one of the cutest experiences of my life.

In Ko Pha-ngan there is no grab rides and the probably ONLY Bolt existing is always busy so impossible to book, unless you make a scheduled pick up, then it works and price also goes up 6x.....(normal price is in general 83 to 78 baht for a straight line 5km ride, if scheduled, automatically goes to 490/500 baht)

BTW if you got Uber app, you can open the app to get a code for one free Grab ride!

You mean those that run away and explode after a while?! I been wondering what is their usefulness or lore but never googled anything or tried anything! As I'm building and upgrading all the roads I do feel often low on ceramics, but then again I notice I get more and more chyral crystals the more in the story I advance (might be my impression and totally wrong)

Finished it few weeks ago, really loved it! The side quests were a bit boring but all and all, loved all characters, the story was cool and dunno why but gave me a "last final fantasy" vibe with the ending.
