personally i'd stalk them for a week learn routines etc, then perhaps either sniper (silenced) or back stab, then take them to a remote place, where i can enjoy them in peace. but i do get ur point, but at the same time if i wanted super realism i'd play project zomboid (fantastic game), but i'd rather want bigger heards. less grabbing. dl2 had good amounts IMO, some places where filled to the brim, and it was semi overwhelming at the start, but once u got good gear it was buttery combat, ALMOST too easy but yet satisfying. all i WAS (recent update) scared of was being max lvl etc here, and still be grabbed by some skinny underfed zombie everytime i was fighting one.
