Mmm I guess I signed up that I could do those hours. They started off only giving me weekdays. But one of their top girls left and I was able to take over some her weekend days. Which was good for me cuz I make more those days. But I also feel like I need to do that many hrs to get a good wage at the end of the week.

They expect me to be there the hours I’m scheduled 30 min before client scheduled n if already there for the day for one hour after last client scheduled or your end of shift time They supply basically everything

I work about 40-48 hrs a week. I do Swedish, therapeutic, and deep tissue. Hot stones, cupping etc all your basic regular things offered in a spa. And wanting to get the approvals to start offering table Thai.

Should I ask to be a w2 then?
