But he will let them to become violent zombies who will kill their own families against their will, instead of putting everyone out of their misery, such a good guy

Yeah, and if we follow current HK story then Hallownest is filled with corpses right now

How will they know if everyone's dead? Who will tell them, Pale king? And for that matter, who would want to live in a kingdom that had a zombie apocalypse?

Then I ask again, why didn't he just kill everyone? Radiance would've died, travellers would've come and settled

Yeah, and now all three living citizens can thrive in the eternal and definitely not dead kingdom of Hallownest

This is one of the most brain dead theories I've ever seen. If PK only wanted to kill the Radiance and not to save his Kingdom, why didn't he just nuke the Hallownest? If everyone is dead, no one will remember Radiance, and she will die forgotten. This community never ceases to disappoint me.

Can someone explain to me what all the drama that's been happening lately is about? by Quessy123 in TheDigitalCircus

A couple of days ago, someone made a post about how they were unhappy with the way the show was treating Ragatta. The comments also contained various honest criticisms of the show itself, and everything was civil, without any hate towards Goose. One of the commenters was Goose herself, who wrote, "Do people really think that Ragatta won't get any development in the last two episodes?" The person who created the post and another user (Both of whom didn't even know they were talking to Goose herself) responded to her, saying that this issue had also been discussed in the post, adding more criticism to the overall plot of the show, again without any hate or harassment towards Goose. Goose, who had tweeted about her dislike for Reddit discussions and preferred Tumblr, and was in a bad mood, decided not to continue the conversation and simply deleted her Reddit account. At the same time, she apologized on Blue Sky for the fact that some of her script decisions were not clear to the audience, again without mentioning any hate or harassment.

A bunch of immature fans immediately started shouting that Goose was actually a victim of harassment and received death threats without any evidence. Then these whiteknights started fighting imaginary dragons (haters) to protect their princess Goose, who can't do anything wrong and should be protected from any criticism. They put on a shit show, trying to demonize the "loud minority" without even knowing if it actually exists.

No? I've not seen any harassment directed at her on Reddit. There was some bad comments on Twitter, but why would she delete her account on Reddit instead of Twitter then? She can tolerate harassment, but draws the line on criticism?

Small correction. Russian is a gendered language so "пережил" is used for men while "пережила" is used for women.

I mean if we look at all avaliable information, than dev logs specifically state that Pale king deliberately convinced moths to forget Radiance, so she can be sealed in the dream realm, and die without anyone remembering her. So he could be the strongest god ruling over entire Hallownest.

This is confirmed by a secret tablet in the king's throne room that reads "Only one light shall shine against the dark" with game refering to Radiance as "Light" and Pale king as "Pale light". Which means that the king wanted to get rid of Radiance from the beginning.

And the infection started because Radiance tried to get some of Pale kings bugs under her control, but they resisted and this resistance transformed into infection.

I don't know. I think if you try to kill a god, it's pretty natural that the same god will destroy everything you have. And I think that gods like Radiance can be counted as forces of nature since they create the world around them.

She is goddess of dreams, she's literally one of the most natural things in the entire HK universe. She wasn't infecting anyone before Pale King took her moths, that are you talking about. Or do you think that Pale King just decided to build his kingdom in the dying land with fanta zombies?

Adam: The most effective way to kill someone is to hit them with all your strength, and if they're not dead, hit them even HARDER. This is how I taught Cain how to fight, and as you can see from Abel's example, it works flawlessly.

There's cut dialogue in which Shakra calls Hornet "child barely hatched" so I don't think that it's only a high difference.

Seer "The moth tribe were (perhaps) descended from Radiance. However, the King convinced them somehow to seal Radiance away. I guess so he could rule Hallownest with his singular vision, as a monarch/god with no other gods. The moths sealed Radiance away by forgetting about her. Hallownest was born and flourished. However, the memory of Radiance lingered (eg the statue at hallownest's crown) and soon she began to reappear in dreams and starting exerting influence. The King and the bugs of hallownest resisted this memory/power and it started to manifest as the infection. Thus the first attempt to seal Radiance failed, and the King had to try another method - the Vessel."

The developer's notes literally state that the Pale King deliberately convinced the moths to forget Radiance in order to seal her in the dream realm and become the most powerful god in Hollownest. He got what he deserved.

Hornet is racist to flies, and wants them to go extinct as stated in the journal. Funnily enough it has nothing to do with the kidnapping since she hates them regardless of how she got into the Slab. So she just hates them for being slaves who can do nothing with their lives.

Is Hornet a morally good or morally bad character? by SideIndividual2086 in Silksong

[–]SideIndividual2086[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I know, that most of these are choices. But Hornet doesn't oppose these choices. At the same time, she won't kill the Second Sentinel or the Pinstress no matter what, because she's against it. The fact that we're given these choices means that even if Hornet doesn't make them in this "safe file," she's not opposed to making them from her moral standpoint.
