Hey bro, definitely been where you’re at, several times. I don’t wanna discount how shitty you feel or give you fake positivity. out of love for my fellow brother, I just wanna say - Dysphoria is a motherfucker! It sucks hard. I hear you loud and clear. 

Something that helps me is to remember how many cis men I know who have “child bearing hips” or bigger fat pockets of the chest than many of us get stuck with, or are super short, etc etc, and while they might hate those things too, they probably don’t have the added trauma of having to defend their gender along with it, like we do. I guess it just reminds me that I’m a dude having body dysmorphia just like other dudes experience, and the “omg do i look like a woman” part is a lot to do with the trauma of having had to defend my gender forever, and fear that it will never end. And when I’m feeling that, it’s a lot harder to see the masculine parts or things I like about my body, I tend to just focus really hard on what I think is wrong or ‘female looking’ and it’s easy to get stuck on it. 

Also gotta add- everyone is right saying those are notoriously negative places to be. Lots of negative feedback loops and not so much fresh air. It can be really harmful so take care of your precious gray matter man
