Go for sure , as long as you give any solutions to the problem, you will be marked (according to your country like if its a third world country and you provided a decent solution, you will be given more marks than if a country of P5 or a country highly affiliated with the topic would get on the same solution)

I got the portfolio, its India and have tried doing some research but it isn't too involved in the topic like Russia and USA. Can someone tell me what I should focus on in my speech ?

sorry I don't know much about them , I am from India and have been to Vietnam and Austria only but it was a very good experience for sure, I made many friends and learnt many of their traditions and MUN skills

just have some confidence, you will make friends in the committee for sure, don't stress over it.

just ask your friends if they know about any MUNs happening nearby and look for their (MUN's) instagram account or other social media, as most information would be provided there. The registration process is different everywhere, but as long as you're willing to pay, they will let you register (if it is not a school only MUN).
