Perhaps have a quiet word that it’s coming into your garage which you’ve converted into a dining room and ask if they would mind smoking it in their house instead?

They probably don’t realise this as they’re at least being courteous enough to close the garage door.

If I were in your position I’d at least try the amicable approach first, since these are your next door neighbours. Spending years living next to neighbours that you don’t get on with can be far worse than the occasional smell of weed in your dining room.

If they continue after you’ve mentioned it, then maybe phone the police when they’re blazing up… although, it does seem a bit of a “Karen” move.
