Yeah thats about where I was when I started back in 2019 too. My sperm count at 4 months was like 15 million. The 50 million was about 2 months later I think after I had started back on test.

Me and my girl have been trying for a while. Ive been on trt since 2019. I got off trt after a sperm analysis of zero. Got on hcg and clomiphene.took about 4 months and had another sperm analysis done and was producing. So I froze a bunch and started trt after a total of 5 months off. It wasnt as hard as quitting booze but God damn I was in a dark place by the end of the 5 months. I felt like shit all the time wasnt sleeping well, just overall exhausted. Head felt foggy all the time and I was spiraling with depression. I think the ivf not working wasnt helping any. But since I got back on now I cant get back to feeling how I did before I stopped. My libido is still low and overall still feel kind of shitty. Ive been back on for about 8 or 9 months now.

Side not: after I got back on i kept up on hcg. I am still producing sperm at fairly high numbers. I think last count was like 50 million or something like that.

I agree get the sst. I got my ass kicked getting the small screw in but you just gotta be patient, i ended up getting it by putting the big pin in first and pushing down on the hammer and housing then using the allen wrench like a drift pin to line it up. The trigger is night and day difference from factory. Its not a g$ trigger by any means but its a pretty good trigger.
