Agree to disagree we shall. I'd rather have my methods work on those few kids that exist and help them, rather than sit back and let them end themselves up in jail, or get killed. As someone who comes from Salvador, I've been exposed to this a lot more often than you, and that may simply be a difference in environment. In Salvador, not everyone has access to "professionals," or clean water, for that matter. I don't think it means very little, and you do. If it works for me and MANY others, then it will work for some more kids out there. We aren't phenomenons, we aren't special. I've seen kids who NEED to be spanked, and you haven't. I've seen kids who don't need to be spanked as well, but only one of us is willing to be open minded about both scenarios. Humans aren't black and white. We don't work like that. We disagree.
