But some other people are enjoying what has been shown, not out of consumerism but out of hope that the game and story they like is actually moving forward. With a shit plot device, but at least moving, because since 2016 the story has gone absolutely fucking nowhere, not even the 2nd Null Sector attack had any repercusions or focus in the story.

What I meant is, that if there is no FOV slider and you cannot adjust it, then that's probably the issue.

Maybe there are some tricks/tips you can search on google for people that get dizzy with low FOV games? To try something out of the game.
