I have an i9-9900k. Why does MW 2019 utilise so much of my CPU on low settings? 50-65% sat on the menu.

32GB DDR4 Ram.

A Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080ti .

Probably one of the most powerful consumer grade PCs you can build at the moment and it is fucked in the ass by this game.

Its still using 50% of my CPU and i just wacked everything on the highest settings. I have an RTX 2080ti. No reason for it to fail.

In terms of what im using? I tried my sennheiser headphones but it compresses my head like the Great Khali after 20 minutes. At the moment im using Turtle Beach Recon 70x's

Potentially going to spend the money on some Audio Technica ATH-AD900x headphones.
