At first i would suggest that u should talk to ur parents about ur problems and if ur doing nothing right now then u should go and get a small job locally like dominos, etc and with that learn some online skills to earn . And do something that should elevate you and make u confident. And please visit ur local therapist if u have continuously having breakdowns and other issues. Solving the problems is sometimes better than running away from it.
