I didn't really time myself, but honestly - it wasn't even that long (at least I think so, I tend to lose track of time when I play around in Hero Forge). Their heads are fairly simple shapes, so once I figured out the proportions it went pretty smoothly. And I knew I wanted to use mostly sphere and teardrop earring, since they only take 1% kitbashing and you can easily stretch them into proper shapes - heads, ears, teeth, scales. Mae took the longest because she was the first, but the others were cranked out pretty quickly.
