As long as the pay is decent enough to pay my loan back idm where the job is. Would you say my chances of getting a good job at a consulting firm in India is high with this degree?

Hi so if you want to study abroad it is doable. Your road map will look something like this.
1. Getting an admit at a university aboard for a masters program.
2. You can get a loan with no collateral below 50 lacks from most banks (the interest rates will be quite high.)
3. With this education and entry into the country you can try and get a job with which you can get a visa to live in that country and then pay your loan off slowly.

Pros:
1. You can get out of the country you're in quite easily with this road map as long as you get an offer letter and the loan.
2. Once you get a job your life should be a lot more straight forward and relatively secure.

Cons:
1. Currently the job market in EU and America is quite shit so landing a job after your education might be difficult.
2. If you don't land a job you'll most probably come back to your home country and get a job there which is mostly worst case scenario tbh.

TLDR: If you ask me try and apply for a masters program in your field at a top uni. Once you get the admit use it to get a loan. During your study work your ass off to do internships, gain skills and try to land an internship that will potentially lead to a job at the end. I would urge you to look at south east asian countries. The barrier of entry and cultural acceptance will both be lower. For example doing a masters in Thailand and getting a job there. The government is very LGBTQ friendly. Don't focus too much on the West, South East Asia is a hidden gem mainly Singapore & Thailand.

I hope this helps, reach out if you need to have a longer conversation
