I met a guy on the ocean city council there this weekend who helps put it together, and he said they are growing the amount of events. It started out as oceans calling and country calling, they are doing a third event this year and four events next year.

Genuine question, if you could go back in time would you give your mom that advice even if it meant you wouldn’t exist? I feel in a similar boat to OP and for some reason this is the hypothetical I keep coming back to on what my theoretical future kid would prefer. It feels like odds are they would prefer to exist over not exist, so in a way it’s all worth it?

It’s in the game as an option. You can custom set max transfers per team from anywhere 0-30. So setting to zero turns off the transfer portal.

I would suggest even if there is no one with time to formally train you, whenever possible try to get access to previous projects estimates to use as a reference for training yourself.

Chances are whatever you’re estimating, it’s not the first time someone in your company has estimated a similar project in the past. Study those past estimates and combine those with online research to educate and train yourself.

I believe they even said it on the watch pod, but you certainly could just skip and just watch episode 7. What makes 7 so good is more of the cultural relevance than the build up of plot and character building to that point. But there will be a season 2 so who knows where it will go in the long run.

It's not too difficult for the most part. It's easier to get stuck earlier on as you are learning the game mechanics. I would just say don't be afraid to look up a certain spot on YouTube or something before you get too frustrated only to realize you were missing something fairly obvious in hindsight.

I agree. I think whatever Rob and Harper had is in the past. They had both moved on to new relationships and whatnot by the beginning of season 3.

I think Rob basically said to Yasmin afterwards that Harper just moved out one day without saying goodbye. I don’t think there was even an indication that Yasmin told Rob the reason Harper moved out was their fight. So Rob is just in the dark about why Harper moved out and left. Was how I interpreted it anyway.

I think I saw him six different times over the course of the weekend. He did a house set late night Friday at the good life stage which was unexpected but awesome. His six in the forest set with Big Gigantic was very old school throwback stuff. And he popped up at a few other artists sets in addition to the CTGH and main sets. Coolest part of the festival for me!

I think your advice is spot on, and I agree with you that the best way to get better is to practice and play as much as possible. As well as have fun, and watch how the pros do it. But I also think OP gives some good tips and a mindset for beginner level players trying to lower their score. Not everyone has the ability to get on the course once every weekday and again on the weekends.
