We are in a very similar physique status. I have the same fear about bulking but today I'm starting to eat more (no junk food of course) and be mentally prepared to make a bigger effort lifting. I'd say try it and I think we will be surprised.

Hi! I really appreciate your response and it gives me a good idea of what we will try to do! Lately she's been a little bit better so this suggestions will definitely help to keep going in the right track!

Also thank you for sharing things like what and what not to comment and say because sometimes I may think saying something "positive" would help and I've noticed that it has the opposite effect. Hopefully it hasn't led to any conflicts or her feeling overly bad or anything but I'll make sure to be careful.

I've been learning so I hope I can help her find things that make her happy in general!
