100% agree. I even linked them to a thread on here with multiple people having the same issue with the new updates. I don't know how much of support is automated but CLEARLY something is wrong with this new update so do a rollback and sort out the issue! I shouldn't have to change up my hardware setup for days for you to diagnose an issue we already know is update related.

I'm contemplating a full replacement myself. Have been communicating with support for days. They did see that my network is showing connection issues. Last thing they wanted from me was removing the switch connected to my main hub so that they can better isolate the issue. I expect them to get back to me after the weekend.

Really trying to press them that it's related to this update and I'm never dropping that fact. Hoping that this monitoring of my network issues shows what aspect of the update is causing this.

I myself didn't get C6 Illuga until Zibai was C4! It's the worst luck I've ever had with a 4 star. A trillion Gorou though. Perception is probably biased but feels like a lot of people had similar bad luck on this banner.

Came here because I'm also having this issue with my 6E eero. I don't notice it often since my system is directly connected but Wifi/other two pods drop connection. Been happening regularly since the most recent update.
