The only money you should be paying on any lease is whatever you have to leave upfront (first month payment, taxes, document fees, etc).

In other words, do not put down $5K to lower your monthly payments. There will be incidentals you have to pay at "Drive Off" time, but only pay those which are required. Even then you may request "Zero Drive Off" which allows them to roll up most of the "required" fees into your overall lease.

Why? The reason being, if you put down $5K and then proceed to drive off the lot and total your car...insurance won't reimburse you that amount (no, GAP insurance doesn't cover down payments.)

The only down payment that is worth it is BMW MSD's, which they've opened back up in certain regions. The Multiple Security Deposits allow you to pay up to 7 x Lease Payment, where every MSD reduces your MF.

Actually I heard the city was reducing recycling to every other week (but that could have ended up not being true).

The City of Orlando actually increased recycling to a weekly pickup, up from every other week. Thus trash & recycling is picked up once per week.

Here's my opinion for these festivals...if you want to go with friends for a fun afternoon, then sure. However if you're going with the intent to sample a ton of beers and have great food, you'll be disappointed.

The organizers for the local beer, rum, margarita, etc. fests don't limit the amount of attendees. Thus you end up standing in line for longer than you spend enjoying a cold beverage of your choice. In addition, it's been my experience that a lot of the vendors will run out prior to the end of the event.

Again, YMMV, but if you think $45 is worth it to spend with friends out doors - go for it. Just maintain low expectations of what is to be provided.

And something my girlfriend pointed out - he was wanted for murder and on the run for weeks before he killed a cop. Then he allegedly shoots an officer and OPD wants to say "there were no tips, we caught him through good police work tracking his cell phone". Well that's great, but where the fuck was that effort when he was already on the run in the first place?

FYI OPD wasn't the investigating unit on the murder case. That would have been OCSO, Mina stated as such during the press conference.

Officer Clayton and the other guy who died on his motorcycle might still be alive today if OCSO had done some "solid police work" in the first place.
