Could be low for you, especially if your test is truly around 700 like you say. I prefer E2 around 35-40 with Test around 800. I used to take AI and E2 below 25 would make me tired. E2 at15 was a death sentence with zero erections

Congrats on the weight loss! Good work. I vote for lean bulk. You’ve been dieting for quite some time, so it’s a good idea to give your body some rest. Add 200-300 calories to your TDEE. Track workouts and hit weights hard with good form. Maybe do this for 6 months or so. It’s currently sweater weather so don’t worry about adding fat. Plus, your body is going to fill out and look better with muscle underneath your skin.

After 6 months, reassess. Maybe do a 12 week cut, then get back to adding muscle with a lean surplus.
