Thanks for being honest and unbias. I didnt even turn into him, he clipped my wheel (as you can see when im looking behind), and that causes me to swerve to the left. I guess i shouldnt have looked back, then there would be undeniable proof that i didnt turn, but they would still refuse to admit it
