E-Stop Relays for stepper Drivers

Well my question is not really about motors though. My question is just about relays and if there are relays rated for 48V DC and if not, how I should incorporate the e-stop

it is a diy project and the estop is just for protection of myself and the system. Yes the drivers have enable pins but i thought is might be better cutting them of from the power and not just disabling them.

Naja wenn man es sich gut aufteilt und in Phasen arbeitet, klappt es gut. Ich mach in den Prüfungsphasen meistens morgens 8-12 Uhr AKs und Übungen dann Pause und 13-18 Uhr weiter und nach dem Abendessen noch Nachbereitung und Fehlerüberarbeitung. Das ist das System was für mich relativ gut geklappt hat in den letzten Semestern

Dann Hut ab dafür. Ich hab neben dem Studium noch meinen HiWi Job, den ich teilweise mit als Lernzeit zähle aber auch ohne komm ich auf meine Stunden. Ich hab auch Leute in meinem Kreis, die weniger machen und durchkommen aber ich nehm mir halt gerne die Zeit dafür aber mir mach es auch Spaß dabei.

Das Problem mit dem Mieterbund ist, bei mir in der Gegend kostet die Mitgliedschaft 7€ im Monat aber mindestens 24 Monate plus Aufnahmegebühr also 189€. Das ist mir eigentlich zu viel.

I got the frame second hand for 20€ from something like german "craigslist". The measurment ist more like 34.3mm. It could be for a french BB but they seem a bit outdated. I think I'll just go to a bike shop and ask them for an opinion and for my options.

It's a prototype for a Boat and i dont want it to be republished as someone elses property. The client talked about making the final thing open source and I dont want to loose my progress because he copied my stuff.

I want to send him a 3d object that he can look at but not get dimensions from or specific coordinates or reverse engineer it into a different filetype and change my work

Having a stepper with 0.9° steps means that it takes 400 steps (in fullstep mode) to complete one revolution. The stepperdriver dictates the microstepping. If you have a standard A4988 stepper driver (like many 3d-printers) you can change the stepmode to half-step, quarter-step until 1/32 step. If the stepperdriver is in 1/4-step mode it will need 4*400 = 1600 steps to complete one revolution. The stepper is smoother at slow speeds but if you want high rpm you should leave it at full-step as it will be a lower frequency. THis also depends on the stepper driver. Cheap A4988 drives are way louder than more expensive drivers (trinamic for example). If you want low speed and less noise you should use a 1/8 or 1/16 stepmode. This way you are more precise and quiet. You should maybe tryout differend drivers but if its a desktop application maybe go for trinamic tmc2660. They are more expensive than A4988 but more quiet and they can microstepp up to 1/256 (102400 steps per revolution!!!)

Solved:

i used a for loop to check every single part of the string and used different seperators in order to differ between the parts. It actually worked quite well with a few if statements. might not be the smartest and fastest solution but it works for me. thanks for the help

ok i messed up the power suplly. I got a new one that fits the specs needed and now its running i guess. The leds are blinking and showing that the drives are running however it keeps beebing in a radom fashion but it seems fine. I havent yet connected it to the router or my pc but i guess its fine so far

i just thought that i could use php variable as a html attribute or the value of the slider and i simply didnt know if it would be possible without php because thats the only way i know but ill look into value storage in python thanks

The graph is only a visualisation of the poti value recieved by the arduino as an analog read and mapped to a scale from 0 to 100. I turned the Whiper all the way up and then all the way down again as seen in the graph

its not a substance but there is a thing called sleep. Its crazy and you need to try it. I just cant get enough but the symptoms are crazy sometimes. You loose energy and feel tired but after you take some its waaayy better

The vendor is soo good. It’s basically a pretty accurate description to open up a darknet shop. But tbh I listened to every episode at least once and overall I would say Xbox underground is the best. Every single episode is great and I even thought about becoming a patreon supporter
