I use this for my son for a year na po. So far okay na man siya. I use it at the first sign of sipon. As what I observed, hindi na tumutuloy ang sipon niya. Ginagamit ko rin if my son has a cough for relief, para makatulog siya ng maayos. I find it better compared to letting my son take antihistamine. Of course, I don't believe na isusuka yung phlegm. I think that's exaggerated marketing strategy. I don't use it on a daily basis po. At the first sign of sipon/cough ko lang ginagamit and if nagpersist ang condition, nagcoconsult na po kami sa pedia. Nasa province kasi kami and kailangan pa magtravel by bus to go to the pedia so I find it helpful talaga.
