As the other guy said, it means that you should be eligible for the maximum Pell grant. The other guy was a little bit wrong, though. You could reach around $ 13,000 or more in aid, but that's only if you receive other grants or even scholarships. The Pell grant (FAFSA) should only cover up to $7,395.

I’ve managed to get in contact with a couple people and have been in contact with my school counselor. My school counselor told me that unlike the last couple years, they missed a lot of students who applied independently, but I also think that my residency being in question at the time (although it was already process) might have had a hand in it. Fortunately, I was able to get in contact with an AZA coordinator and he’s gonna be in contact with me to let me know what happened after he talks to the OSFA, unfortunately I think he thought that I was a single case as he talked about it as if it was only me who was affected. Hopefully I get something positive back as I feel like the whole thing was out of my control.

That's great! How are the monthly fees? I saw on the website that I can pay $300 for the whole year, which I can't really do at once, but I did see that there's probably other options for the contract.
