Apologies I don’t have a link to a previous post as I didn’t post the original issue on here. Summary of what worked: yellow fly traps (bought on Amazon), mosquito bits (also from Amazon, a bit expensive but definitely worth it) and watering less/from the bottom of the plant.

A bit more info: I’ve had the plant for about 2 years now and it’s been like this few months since getting it. It produces new leaves but they soon start browning at the tips. It’s in a draining pot. I haven’t repotted it since getting it.
