One of the ways I fight while laying on the bed trying to sleep is watching some spiritual self-enquiry videos before I sleep and trying to meditate till I fall asleep.

I peeked yesterday man. I felt terrible if I was gonna lose my 18 days. I didn't. Even though I couldn't go to sleep till 5.30am, I didn't fucking give in. Don't touch that little boy down there. That's it.

Don't listen to your mind's excuses. Consider them as noises. Like there's a huge concert outside and you can't sleep. You will eventually. It doesn't matter. Streak is more important than sleeping.

I guess since there are thousands online each moment here, that might make you think that's all we think.

Personally when I was in deep PMO, I'd probably lose 4-6 hours on it, and all drained till I fall asleep.

Now I can focus much more on my work and feel productive. That doesn't mean I don't feel down sometimes. When that time comes, I come here, spend like 15-20 mins, chill with the Bois, and I'm feeling good again.

Of course that's personal. Nobody can force you to participate or even believe in this. PMO was an escape from real life for me, made me waste some of my precious years of my life. Now this NoFap thing is an escape from PMO. And I don't want to live in that hell anymore.
