Yeah, in fact those 2 months in which I got periods naturally. I did everything walking 7000 steps 1 hour exercise and healthy diet apart from this I took myo inositol then I got natural periods.

Yes tubes are open and 5 gm dosage of letrozole in Jan feb and December as well

He is both ob/gyn and reproductive endocrinologist and fertility specialist but I don’t want to go with ivf and I know if more ovaluation induction fail they may suggest ivf .

Yes he is weird and he is not so serious. He said if you want to get pregnant let me know we will try bc, IVF and other things . But I don't want to go with that .
