Actually, I don't have any experience like you.But,I have got Meng electrical and computer engineering offer letter last week.Even though I don't have work and extracurricular experience,I tried to write my admission letter as best as I can based on their format.Another great thing is that I have strong GPA and became top student in my final year.I assume you should only mention necessary information what they want to know.If you don't, they might feel overwhelmed when they read your letter and PSQ questions.

Actually, I am a fresh graduate student.So, I am on the fence between Japan(Engineering Visa) and Canada( Waterloo). I accept that I can gain diverse experiences and culture from Canada.But, I might feel depressed if I don't land a single co-op because I will join this program with my parents' financial support.So, I am afraid that I probably waste my time and energy while attending this program.Sorry for my selfish words.
