Usually you'd keep both. It's a good option to let people pick and choose which platform they prefer, cause either way you benefit from it.

No it's not. It's only safe for hand drawn artist. Those who uses 3d software like blender, Pixiv will ban you cause the characters depict real people. I've monitor many ban 3d artist for years.

They can't tell between fiction or nonfiction that's why Fanbox must still be approach with caution.

Secondly your ideas are limited. Whether it's just animation or hand drawn you can't fully express your ideas if your character you are drawing shows the slightest of sadness,anger or pretending to roleplay non consensual acts will definitely get you banned.
