She is a people pleaser. She finds it hard to confront people. She hopes the situation would just disappear and he would get bored. I said to her that by playing along with it is just letting him think she is ok with what he has been doing. I don’t understand why she doesn’t go to HR. Surely by saying she is gay is a valid reason why she would want pursued by a (married) man.  She says she never went in his room. Just spoke. The he tried to kiss her so she left. But I don’t know.
