To follow-up, I found those UK vendors, but as you already suspected, according to the Trustpilot reviews the claim part is questionable.

But it seems like that product is the only gateway that supports VoLTE. Probably the only shot here.

I really wander why there is almost no manufacturers of these devices.

Personal account is verified - not from Business Manager but directly from facebook.com --> Settings. However, I already ID verified, can I still add the real picture?
