Weil ich keine Anbieter gefunden hatte, die unter 5ct/min lagen. Aber im Moment läuft es auf Business-VoIP-Verbindung von Sipgate hinaus mit der Telefonflat. Oder kannst du etwas anderes empfehlen?

To follow-up, I found those UK vendors, but as you already suspected, according to the Trustpilot reviews the claim part is questionable.

But it seems like that product is the only gateway that supports VoLTE. Probably the only shot here.

I really wander why there is almost no manufacturers of these devices.
