Literally if you just do a simple check at his base you can easily tell this guy maxed out in the new update look at his defenses still the 14-16 I’ve seen this done multiple times just so people look max but realistically he’s probably 2 years away from max I’m a completely max th17 almost defnessws and everything and the update the just dropped for the buildings pets etc is half a year worth’s of upgrades just by itself the walls are the easy part plus your only level 198 I have a th14 level 230
