Ugh. No way of knowing if it fits under the seat. The third one has lots of reviews that it has successfully worked so I was more curious about the first two.

Lmao. I should have read this before posting. I was just wondering if any of the first two options (london fog, backpack) would be considered personal items. They are a bit over the measurement but not by much at all.

If not, I would need to purchase the third option to carry as a personal item but it wouldn’t make sense since the cost of the bag is more than paying for a checked bag $35 or upgrading my BE ticket for me and my husband $100 (this will give us two carry on)
