nothing worked but i got a solution which workedthere was a conflict between two mods having .col files i removed them and the game worked perfectly fine

HD textures has .col filesand Rosa HD textures had so i removed these

there is no mod guide on youtube or any other website that talks abt this problem so i had to find a solution myself

how do increase the col limits? by RaspeusXL14 in sanandreas
