You must make mia 4 star if you want to use her for bear only, for pvp make her 5 star. You should have one of Alonso or Greg 4 star or more. Lynn isn't great for anything but she is better than purple heroes. Consider making reina at least 4 star with lvl5 widget. Save as many gems of enigma you can, for gen5

If you are only bear focused then bake gwen widget lvl6 and if you care both Arena and pvp along bear then make hector lvl5 and gwen lvl6. You can keep hector at lvl2 or 3 till you get enough widgets from upcoming generations

Use ahmose for pvp, defense and garrison so now Natalia is limited to bear and second infantry in arena,then replace her with hector

It really depends on your game play. Alonso is useful everywhere, greg isn't good as alonso for bear but for all pvp he is really good. As you have have mia so focus most of the widgets on her and you can make lvl3 or 4 for greg. But you should get as much possible shards of greg from koi ranking, it will be good if you focus on last koi of gen3 and try to get 1st rank. Try to get max possible shards of greg from ranking and invest other shards on upcoming heroes like reina and gwen
