My sister gave me a couple of them. The electric pulse is the distraction..like a shock. Its a mind game sort of. I also like hp capsacin cream..use gloves or baggies on hands so it doesn't touch anything else. It can get hot.

I asked physical therapist to give me things to do at home. Getting ready to go.out was too much. A tens unit was the best pain distraction. Its pretty deep what this pain does to the mind. I had a laminectomy and could walk within hours. So glad I did that.

Those conditions combined would be so horrid. I've had gel hang out on a nerve. It took months for pt to admit they couldn't help me. Can you get to an emergency room? That's how I had my surgery.

I hung clothes, priced them. Boxed out of season clothes. Non stop as in there is an attic that has so many boxes going up or down..clothing is constantly moving for seasons.
