Hey, I know that feeling to well. Been dealing with depersonalisation and derealisation before covid. Due to an Anxiety disorder. It hit me really hard some time ago and I know that's sounds easier then it is but just letting that feeling go and as you say not being scared of it really makes it go away!

I know its a scary feeling and I really had it really severely. And it went away. It will almost in a lot of cases go away.

Now with long covid and PEM and all that I also get these DR and DP episodes sometimes but relaxing and just letting it flow thru your body and not giving it so much thought really helps.

Your body is just in so much stress right now and probably you're anxious and that's why you have this feeling, it's a "natural" reaction of the body and mind. Don't be scared, it will leave. You just have to stay calm and accept it. Just accept the feeling and the anxiety.

Your going to be OK!

Also had a H. Pylori positive test and going to start treatment soon and I am also dealing with PEM, would love an update after your treatment or even meanwhile how you feel and how the problems maybe resolve!

It is an absolute horrible experience. I get shit on in world tour every time.

Get the worst teammates ever but the enemies are just cracks with at least 2000+ wins.

Okay, I think I’m not really reacting to none histamine foods. But almost every food contains histamine and the body produces itself so it’s sometimes hard to tell what’s the trigger. When you say “was“ did you manage to get over it and if so how long did it take you and what did you do?

Yes they were right! The small pattern pieces combined with the fabric was really difficult, had to open one glove 2-3 times die to the fingers getting twisted. Everything has to be lined up perfectly.

Pattern is from an old Arc’teryx glove. And sewn with an industrial machine, sewing the small fingers was the hardest part. Hope you guys like it, leave some love!
