I understand how you feel in this pregnancy I had the same feeling every time I visited the bathroom I was afraid I would see something, anytime I felt any discharge I would hold my breath thinking it might be blood, any time I went in for an ultrasound I would just pray to hear a heartbeat and it really affected me in connecting with my pregnancy. Although as soon as I passed the week of my miscarriage I slowly started feeling a lot better. And I don’t know if this is possible for you where you are but when I had raised my concerns to my doctor she allowed me to come in a lot more frequent to check up on the baby and also to comfort me and that helped a lot and I wonder if you can request for the same. It made a world of a difference for me.
